These Terms govern your use of https://breezytikisf.com and your booking of charters with Breezy Tiki Charters. By booking or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
Bookings & payment
Charters are booked through our partner FareHarbor at a flat rate for the whole boat (up to 20 guests). Rates and availability are shown at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely by FareHarbor.
Cancellations & weather
Cancellation terms are presented at booking. Trips may be rescheduled or canceled for unsafe weather or conditions at the captain's discretion; in such cases we will work with you to reschedule.
Safety & conduct
- Our captains are USCG-licensed; the captain has final authority on all safety matters.
- Guests must follow crew instructions at all times.
- We may refuse or end service for unsafe, illegal or disorderly conduct without refund.
Alcohol (BYOB)
Charters are BYOB. Guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ with valid ID. Glass containers may be restricted for safety. Please drink responsibly.
Assumption of risk & liability
Boating and water activities carry inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breezy Tiki Charters is not liable for injury, loss or damage except where caused by our gross negligence. Guests participate at their own risk.
Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by Breezy Tiki Charters and may not be reused without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
